Windows 7 Windows Update Error 8007371B

I'm running Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit. Whenever Windows updates, all updates fail with a error Code: 8007371B. I have disabled my firewall, Virus protection, ect. and nothing helps. I cannot find this error code anywhere for an explaination. Please help.

My computer is a Dell Studio 64 bit...and it came with Windows 7 Ultimate already installed new.
