Regarding BIOS, it's a HP Pavilion Elite e9180t which seemingly has a limited BIOS from what I can see. But I'm sure I could be missing something obvious.

I uninstalled The Cisco stuff. I looked into the BIOS and didn't anything regarding Optimized Defaults, so hit F5 Load Setup Defaults. I think the CPU-Z listing is still the same now as the previous one - but - my computer is working now!!!!!!!!! I sincerely appreciate the help I've gotten...
