After 8 passes there was no error. And the BSODs happened again, however, no dump was created ... I played BF 3 on "ultra" graphic-settings and it crashed, when I turned the graphics back to "high", it didn't crash BTW: it was an KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR

It happened again ... I updated all you said, made a mem-check and checked my PC for viruses and malware and found nothing
