New Info... Device manager, under Computer shows "ACPI x64 based PC" I cannot find halmps.dll for multiprocessor support. Where can I download this file?

I am running the 64 Bit RC of Windows 7, and am having an issue... My Athlon 64 X2 is seen by the system as a dual core CPU, but the system only seems to use 1 core... CPUz shows it also as a dual core, and at the bottom for Processor 1 it shows 1 core and 1 processor... Task Manager and...
