Did both of the tips you suggested and just got a bluescreen, making it the second today. MagicTune is used for tuning my Samsung Monitor, but I don't mind going without it if it will help. There's no update to it unfortunately, or I would have updated it by now. I'll try switching to Microsoft Security Essentials for the time being, and uninstall AVG like you said :) I'll report...- Absel

Windows 7 Infrequent but still annoying BSODs
Hello all, Every few days or so I get a BSOD, usually IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL but I have had SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION a few times. I've had my computer for about 3 weeks now, and I'm running Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit. I've tried resitting every piece of hardware in my computer, I've ran chkdsk...- Absel
