Hi, thank's for responding. My CPU is an i5 8th gen, I have 8 gbs of ram and I believe a 256 gb SSD. The only heating issue I could think of would be dust. Why would it only slow down if it's a heating issue when plugged in though?

Hi, my laptop slows down a lot when it's plugged in and stutters on games it should easily be able to play. The rated charger for it is 45w, I am currently using a 65w charger and still the same issue. I've tried everything but to no use. My brother has the exact same type of laptop but doesn't...
