Every thing I've googled and you've said I've tried to update. Nothing works, looks like I'm going to have to backup the important files and format the drive.

Damn that sucks. Windows 1903 isn't treating me so well, lots of freeze's and what not. Some trouble with program compatibility as well. Thanks for the reply.

Hey guys I'm past the 10 days restore mark, and I'm trying to downgrade from 1903 to 1809 or lower. How do I go about this without fully reinstalling a clean Windows 10? I'd like to keep all my files. :)
