I used Intel Utility and it could find and install an update for Intel Wireless and nothing else. Deterministic Network Enhancer 2008 was installed along with Cisco vpn client. I have updated it with latest version dated 04-12-10 8:39:05 PM. Sopos is installed by my org. It will be upgraded...- amol

Thanks for the reply. I will search for these drivers. As far as I remember I already have latest ones listed on Dell support (this is a Dell laptop) but I will ensure that they indeed are. Will it cause any harm if I update the drivers from locations other than Dell support?- amol
