as my system was a new e6410 and dell couldnt fix it, they replaced the whole laptop with a brand new one. the new one has been good for over a month now. same software setup too...
I have isolated the problem to some software. CONNECTIFY this was causing the BSOD since removing the problem has not happened. CONNECTIFY monitors all LAN traffic even when deactivated. only solution was to UNINSTALL regards
