    UPDATE - the problem is still here :( its definately related to the LAN driver e1k62x64.sys using the wifi I never get the BSOD, only on LAN...

    I have isolated the problem to some software. CONNECTIFY this was causing the BSOD since removing the problem has not happened. CONNECTIFY monitors all LAN traffic even when deactivated. only solution was to UNINSTALL regards
