Waiting for: System Event Notification Service
Windows Server 2019 terminal. For some time, the server hangs on logout with the message: "Waiting for: System Event Notification Service". A server restart is required. Then comes a week or two and the same thing. The "netsh winsock reset" command does nothing.- AnnBE
