I just bought a Geforce 6200LE 256 meg PCI video card to run a third monitor on in Windows 7 64 bit with aero on. The card is Dx9, 300 Mhz core and 64-bit memory interface. I've tried it in all the PCI slots on my P35-DS3R which also has an 8800GT. Aero loads ok using latest Forceware drivers...
