So, I solved the Problem. The SSD caused the error. I updates the Firmware of the SSD to the latest Version and now it works fine with Windows 10. Thank you for the help.- AntonB

Although I configured windows startup and recovery settings exactly as you showed me in your screenshot above, the minidump folder is still empty after two BSOD. Is this possible?- AntonB
