Thanks for your reply. Yes, the Junk folder was shared with the Download folder. I have unshared them and things seem to be fine now - I can see the Junk folder in my software. Thanks again.

I have made settings to save downloaded files to a folder called C:\Junk. This folder is now invisible in most of my software. If I look at the properties of this folder, it displays the name "Downloads" and has an icon with a yellow folder with a large blue arrow. How can I get the \Junk...
