    Anybody that is not a clanker and actually understand the issue ? Here is the kind of result rebuilding the cache / deleting and making new shortcuts / manually assigning high quality .ico then rebuilding the cache AGAIN because half those are broken, then rebuilding the cache AGAIN because...

    I rebuilt the cache many times, and tried every voodoo command I found, but I have never been able to get all my icons to show properly on Windows 11 since I installed it in June. The icons with the issue are RANDOM and CHANGING.
