    I opened the drivers folder and highlighted these 2 drivers and hit delete. I then was able to boot to normal mode but once I tried to install the bluetooth file for the network card (the first download on the dell page you sent me), it crashed again. I'm probably missing an obvious step but...

    Okay, I clicked on the link to dell and downloaded the 2 updates (from another computer and saved to jump drive as my laptop will not stay on long enough in normal mode to do anything). They won't install from safe mode which is all I can do right now. Any suggesions as to what I am doing wrong?
