dont know if you got my prior post. i tried your process. now i deleted the MS driver first, then the 3 MD idd adapters disappeared on their own. However, still unable to remove the APP - xxx USB driver. ugh

i deleted the 3 MS idd adapters with their drivers at same time. so they no longer appear. however, where is the xxx usb driver?? not able to find.
