Grrrrr.....I connect directly to my modem (take out the wireless router) and it works fine. But as I mentioned I reset the router back to factory settings, and all other computers seem to work fine. Would anything in my wireless network setting cause this ? I'm not using any kind of proxy.

I am running IE 11 and the latest Firefox. Neither browser will open secure web pages...anything with https won't open. That includes google searches and gmail. Other computers on my network are fine, but I restored the router to original settings anyway. I did a system restore to about 3 weeks...
