I turned off the QOS packet scheduler and turned off the Wireless QOS on my router... things seem to be faster now with multiple downloads happening at the same time. Going to test in a couple of the games I have that were experiencing lag spikes and see if that is cleared up as well. Thanks...

Part of downloading the W7 RC1 states that you must do a Clean Install. When I downloaded mine, it was repeated over and over again to do a Clean Install. Also, if your trying to install from the C: drive, you normally will run into cyclonic redundancy errors... that is a possible reason why...
