Thanks for fast answers again. I went to Diagnostic startup from safe mode but it still gave me BSOD so i couldnt take screenshots from cpu-z. I attached my msinfo32 in this message. I did sfc /scannow which got to 98% and then told that everything is fine and i will post a screenshot of it...
