Downloaded latest driver again from AMD and re-installed. Problem solved. Screen does not dim.

Upgraded to 23H2 and switching on computer it powers into welcome screen. Sign into Microsoft Account and the screen immediately dims. Remains dimmed when opening any program. Except when opening an old game Ultimate Mahjongg which changes the screen resolution. Exit the program and the home...
