Change Picture. Duh. I didn't see the button at the bottom. Thanks so much.

When I attempt to change my user account picture, nothing works. I click on pictures that I want to change to, the picture highlights, but the picture won't change. It's as if I am not double clicking on the picture at all. Any thoughts?
