Yes, I am going from XP 32bit to 7 64 bit. By passing my router, firewall off, there is nothing left that could be in the way. The entire window is white, which is fairly weird, other than a few gray borders and an empty checkbox without a label next to it. There are no limits on downloads...

Why would the download freeze at 68%? I am running DLMWin7Pro64US.exe at it just stops at 68%. I honestly don't know what else could be causing this issue. Any other suggestions would greatly appreciated, thank you!

My download keeps freezing at 68%, and there doesn't seem to be anything I can do to get it to work again. Can anyone help me out? Thank you!
