Alright well, I've tried installing it again. Driver still says 2009, but when I use the current software from the website (one you linked) and go to custom install (I went to custom as a last resort) and clicked on each item to see what it was it did say that I already had the current version...
Alright. Used the program. Installed.

And just to double check, I looked over the ATI website to make sure it was the most current one. Used driverscan to make sure there were no updates.
Everything appears to have the newest update.

It finished after a little over two hours, or well I turned it off. Still nothing happened. Laptop didn't even get hot to the touch like it does when playing world of warcraft.
I did get a BSOD after about.... 15 minutes of playing warcraft though, sadly it didn't create a dumpfile for some...
Still no BSOD. Just two more frozen screens. After the first time, the screen went back to normal and I got the typical pop up from the taskbar. This one: (hopefully it's bigger when clicked on) Link Removed
