That didn't work this time, the disk cleanup>clean system files didn't delete that folder, so I manually deleted it. Btw, how to mark this thread as solved?

There is no More, when I right click on C: I an open Properties, and then do the cleaning up. Is that done as the Administrator?

How do I run Disk Cleanup as Administrator?

Can I delete Windows10Upgrade folder? I am looking for stuff to delete, so I can have more space. This folder is 3.26GB. I don't think it does anything other than taking space.
