Thanks for the help! The problem was with some of my Ram, and it appears to be solved.

The CPU / Memory isn't being overclocked. Yes, I get the blue screens at stock voltages. I do, and I normally receive the Blue screens when the CPU is under small load (almost idle). Average idle temp is ~ 45deg C (it's also a new CPU - i was receiving Blue screens before I updated, however).
