I've experienced this as well. Namely with a Lenovo USB Ethernet 2.0 adapter. I can remove the ip's using: netsh int ipv4 delete address name="Ethernet 3" addr=192.168.2.5 replace name and addr with the excess entries. This is not an ideal solution as it still continues to keep the old ip...
