I hear about these scams on a daily basis. I'm a computer tech. I've gotten them myself too. VERY VERY common! I've had a lot of clients scammed out of money. DON'T FALL FOR THEM!

I have the same issue. Problem started around March 15 or close to it. I tried different photo programs - even went back to Photo Viewer, but it does the same thing - it prints with a big white band down the middle. Documents print fine. If I copy a photo into Word and print the Word...
