Working now. I did get it working. I had to unplug the Ipod from the Hub and plug it directly into the computer USB. Works fine now. Thanks

If you go to Device manager, check your hard drive and in the power settings make sure the hard drive never sleeps. That should fix it.

I am getting the same error message when I try to sync my Touch. It also locks up all my usb devices and I have to hard reboot. Can someone tell me if there is a fix.
