    Windows 7 DST change - Indiana (East) does NOT observe Daylight Saving Time?

    rugger, I have experienced the same problem. On my laptop and desktop (both Windows 7), I have had to change the timezone to Eastern so that I can have the correct time. This is really the only thing I have found about this problem and I have no idea how to fix it. Sorry I couldn't be any help...
