Startup repair didn't find anything, but I wasn't too worried about that.
I clicked on restart and managed to boot up into safe mode. I deleted the NVIDIA drivers and then rebooted again, this time straight into Windows.
Which it did!! Woo Hoo!!

Quick update.
I went into the BIOS and selected an option entitled "Load Fail-Safe Defaults".
When it rebooted I got the Windows repair screen, selected "Repair Windows", and now I have the "Startup Repair" window up and it is "Attempting repairs."
This is the best sign I've had in a week!
