I have the same exact problem. Starting today, when I turn my computer on, right before the log-in page, there is says "Configuring Windows updates..... 0%...... Do Not Turn Off Your Computer" and it stays as 0% for a awful lots of time. It does not let me do anything until lots of time pass and...
