Thank you for your reply. I have tried and keep trying to do what you are suggesting but with no luck. It will still open in half screen. I'm am not sure what you mean by 3rd party? The only thing running in the back ground is my Anti virus and Firewall.

Hi. When ever i open up My Computer or any other icon on the Desktop they always open in half screen. I have fixed the same issue in IE but this issue i cant fix. I have tried many many suggestions in regards to this issue and none have worked, that's why I'm here. I am using Windows 7 64 Pro...
