Started in safe command prompt - tried to start a chkdsk - said drive was in use so schedule one on restart. Did so. Computer borked at 10% same as last time. I just upgraded from 7 to 10 last November, so no install disc. Will I need one?

Got into safe mode fine. Seatools doesn't start. No errors, it just doesn't even try to load, whether run normally or as administrator.
