I am trying to burn a home movie onto a disc using the windows burning tool. However even though the file is only 700mb and the disc is 4.8gb it says i dont have enough space on the disc. Tried with several discs. Any solution to this?

Hi guys today when i logged on I got the message "unable to load your profile" I thought this was a bit strange, but not a major issue cause i can create a new one. But with this i have also lost my sound aswell. I cant figure out how to get it back, is there anyone who can help me please? Thx
