I've got exact same issue. For whatever reason my PC auto-wakes up a few seconds after it's put into S1 sleep. I've tried the usual things, like makign sure my usb devices dont have right to wake up pc, removed wake up timers in the power settings, made sure that wake on Lan and Wake on PCI...
