LOL
That's funny. You come asking for advice, you get sound advice from multiple, experienced people. But because you don't like the advice, you rant in two posts with a bunch of personal insults in a puerile tirade. Gee whiz. Talk about OCD and blather.
Since you are asking for advice, get Windows 10. W7 is over 10 years old. It is no longer being supported by Microsoft. If you insist on W7, stay off the Internet so you don't become a threat to me and others.
Harsh? Perhaps. But that's the way it is. W7 needs to go the way of XP.

It was not an "attack" - just a "personal observation" on my part! ;)
As far as CCleaner's defaults - I typically change several immediately. Except for my security apps, I don't want, or need programs to install auto-updaters that run full time. I don't need or want programs to automatically...
Well, sadly, it is done way too often. Some folks just refuse to accept that any thing else might be wrong with their computers and are all too eager to blame Microsoft and Windows Update. But, if they just gave it a few seconds thought, they would realize if it was a Windows Update, it most...
I am glad it is working but I think you are a bit hasting in blaming Windows Update. I see no reports of Windows Update breaking anybody else's WordPad.
I don't use any of the automatic cleaning features so I cannot comment on them. But the new CC update went fine. And after davehc's comment about WordPad (which I use a lot instead of Notepad too), I tried it after cleaning with CC and it popped right open with no problems - this was on two...
I think at this point we need more information. He stated in his opening post, he can recover the data, but "can't return the partitions". Then in his second post said, "other partitions are created in the same places". That would suggest more than simply deleting the partitions has happened.
Typically when deleting partitions, you lose the data within - especially when you start using that drive again. And unless you use a special partition creation tool like Partition Master Free (free for home, non-commercial use) you lose your data when you create new partitions.
You say they...
What do you mean by "overlapped"? Partitions cannot overlap. I see 4 partitions. Where one ends, the other begins. Storage locations cannot be in two partitions at the same time.
What caused your issue?
If you can recover your data, do it now and save it to some place safe. You might be able...
Well, I note Joey didn't make any claims that Bleachbit was better, just that he preferred it.
While CCleaner has been around longer, I note Bleachbit is over 10 years old too and has been "tried" as well. So not sure that matters.
Personally, I think Bleachbit is for different audiences...
Interesting. I've got 6 MS keyboards here and none say that. But that does not mean anything. I note you said PS/2 so yours is likely pretty old.
The thing to note is the ATX Form Factor standard requires all ATX compliant power supplies for PCs continue to supply +5Vsb standby voltage to...
Just to make sure everyone is on the same page, the "Windows" key (or "Windows Logo" key) is the preferred term. "Start" is rarely used to describe the "Windows" key. This is important because some keyboards actually have a key labeled "Start" that is pre-programmed to open the Start Menu...
