Tried with and without grid alignment. Have realised when I switch off or restart myself I get the same desktop, when windows does the reboot, to install updates for instance, they get shuffled and reorganised.

Windows 7 reshuffles all my desktop icons everytime it reboots. Never had this problem in Vista. How can I prevent this from happening?
