Well yeah I ran an SFC Fix, provided in another forum. That made the Sfc Scan complete without finding any issues, thus made the DISM Scan possible without any errors. Now since then the Computer did not give me the Blue Screen of Death.

what does that mean?

I managed to fix the Problem. scf / scannow and Dism operates 100 % had no carsh thus far though I am still not sure if that was the origin for the BSOD crash?

Laptop Crashed again. it is in german, but here the report from the sfc scannow ( im sure you can read pass the german in this case ) Error in the dism scan as well ( was over pretty fast ) Error Code : 0x800f081f The Source Files could not be found.

Ok. removed MCCafe running a Scan with Defender. Downloading all the drivers from the acer page ( thanks! ) not sure which WLAN Driver is mine. Hope I dont mess it up by downloading the wrong one will do the sfc /scannow ( again ) there was something wrong with a CBS.log I will do it again...
