[UPDATE] I had a BSoD one day later during shutdown. I did a restore to a date one day earlier (I still had the two BSoDs). I was suspicious about Mozilla Firefox; I installed it a short time before I had my first BSoD so I uninstalled it, reinstalled Chrome. Everything runs fine to this date...

Thanks for the quick reply! I did remove DTLITE and EVGA precision. Though I doubt they were the problem (I installed them from the first week I built my PC). I did sweep NVIDIA drivers and installed the 295.73 (was stable for me). I'll report back if this solves the problem or.. not :)
