thank you for such a quick response! ill be testing out each of the things you mentioned. ill post my results here as soon as i can conclude anything, or if i continue to get blue screens.

Ive been having problems quite frequently while playing Battlefield 3. Sometimes i can play for while without getting a blue screen, other times it happens rather quickly. The game will also crash and NOT go to blue screen, just simply crash. I figure the issues with the game simply crashing...
