After reformatting my computer and reinstalling all I needed I am noticing some odd issues. For one some of my old programs/games that were not in the program files folder were still on my system and 2 after only installing 55 gigs of data on my 500 gigabyte hard-drive I only have 120 gigabytes...
After reinstalling my drivers I can no longer open the Nvidia control panel. It shows up in processes but I cannot see it anywhere. I used Driver sweeper to do a clean install of the 270.61 64bit drivers and then used it again to install the newest beta drivers to see if that would resolve...
Booted my computer, it got to the Windows 7 logo and just ran forever. Never got to desktop or past that splash screen. With my ram settings fixed is this a processor issue?
This is the thread I made in regards to my motherboard and fixing my ram settings. They told me how to do it, but I am unsure which option to select? Memory settings are incorrect, how do I change timings in Bios?
I do have CC Cleaner, but it is not automatically set to auto run or anything. I will check my bios and see if I can figure it out and let you guys know. Just changing it to 9 9 9 24 would fix all the hz and everything right?
It only happens on startup, I haven't tried any other brands of memory etc. because I'd hate to buy some new ram if all I had to do was somehow change the timings. Also it doesn't happen every startup, just sometimes. No sounds or anything.
