Here is an interesting rumor. This was just posted earlier today. I don't know if it is true, but if it is, this may be a good thing.

With how amazing and stable the public beta was, I think the RC will be even better. The beta was like the RTM version of Vista. The RC will be like the SP1 of vista.

This sounds like an awesome idea. Considering computer makers make special versions of computers and MS makes special versions of the XBox, why not. I would also love to see a Windows 7 Nascar Edition.

This is more positive news showing MS is truly focusing on quality. I am looking forward to the RC and the RTM.

I hope it is true. Having it available on MSDN and TechNet would be very nice. I just wish it wouldn't take MS so long after they compile it to make it available.

Some people want MS to rush and fail After using Windows 7 beta, it is a stable OS but does have a few flaws. Personally, I would rather MS take the time to fix the bugs that people are submitting. I have read that the RC build will be released in early April. I might agree with this...

It looks like Microsoft is putting that same feature in Media Player. Granted, a lot of people may use 3rd party programs, but I have used media center to make back ups of my cd's. It isn't that bad and that way I also have the CD on my computer to play when I am using my media center extender.

To be honest, not sure. I just noticed this and wanted to post it. I have been told that when burning a music CD in past versions of Media Player, it puts a gap between songs. This is suppost to eliminate that. Of course, I could have been misinformed.

It looks like Microsoft has added Gapless CD burning to Windows Media Player. Granted my DVD burner does not support the function.
