You might be able to use a program like Glary Utilities or Ccleaner (I think) and fix invalid shortcuts and such and might be an option in there to get rid of these phantom programs. Sent from my iPad using WindowsForum
I think is only an start app and not a desktop program application. Therefore it can only be ran in start. The only other free windows alternative is Live Mail with essentials as far as I know. Sent from my iPad using WindowsForum
