    This DID happen for me in Vista. I haven't tried DVD maker since I upgraded to 7 but I hoped it would be fixed by now. The only way I found around it in Vista was to put the video file into movie maker, set the aspect ratio there and then save it as a movie maker file which can be opened in DVD...

    Windows Vista Internet dies when I start Windows 7 machine

    I've just updated to Windows 7 and I'm having a rather odd problem. I have a Netgear DG834N router that is being used by several computers in the house with no problems. As soon as I boot up my Windows 7 machine the bandwidth seems to drop and the internet becomes unusable on all computers...
