Windows 10 Help Needed: DVD Player Not Working After Windows 10 Upgrade - Unknown Drive Issue
It is an Inspiron 3521. There is not yellow "warning" by the DVD in the Device Manager. If selected it noted that it is working properly. It definitely appears to be a conflict problem. I upgraded from Windows 8.1 to 10. Now my DVD Player no longer works -- "Unknown Drive", DVD keeps on ejecting. I tried many suggestions from people on many forums but nothing works.- EricT29
