Tried it, but the file itself won't open. I can't delete it either, as I don't have permission (even as admin). I also tried reinstalling Windows 7, but no luck.

After a few days of Windows 7, Sticky Notes has somehow broken (it used to work just fine). At startup I get the error message "Not able to launch Sticky Notes. Issue with accessing the file.(Quit)" I also get the same message whenever trying to open the application. Not sure if there is any way...
