My music is on a separate HDD, as a test I created a folder on the C drive. I added a song, then added that folder to my library and sure enough the music showed up. So the music has to be on the same drive or drive letter. Awesome. Microsoft strikes again!

I installed 8 last Friday, been trying to get my music library to show up in the "Music" app for a week now. I've changed ownership and permissions to my current 8 username. It's in as the ONLY library folder for music All my music is in WMP Nothing will show up in the app, just says...
