Sorry I haven't left an update. I haven't been using this computer since last Saturday because it wouldn't really turn on. I have yet to open the computer because I don't really know how but I will either later today or tomorrow.
I'm still in the process of deleting and moving things but I decided to use the diagnostic tool because it kept crashing and taking me to the failed recovery page and it said my hard drive failed the short test. It gave me the error code 2000-0142, Validation 114567, S/N W0VCAYE1.
It crashed again :( This time I got Process1 Initialization Failed which is new. Then, when it restarted I got a lot of Checking Media Failed messages and I then it said No Boot Device Found and then I restarted it again.

I ran just the Chkdsk and then the Chkdsk /scan but the chkdsk said there was a problem and the scan said there were no problems so I'm confused. Here's the Chdsk:
