I restarted my computer,tapped the F10 key,brought up the BIOS screen,I pressed F9 to reset to default,then exited screen.But again I am not sure if it is completely fixed yet.

Sorry for the late update, but I contacted HP. They had me go to the BIOS settings and restore the default BIOS. I think it is working right now,but I will have to check at the college campus tomorrow.
