How can I configure/see my memory timings. My bios doesn't really have any options to change anything, apart from boot order.

Added all of that as attachments. sfc scannow did not find any integrity violations. I haven't done chkdsk because last time i did it it took hours, i think. I also installed all windows updates available and I have what I believe to be the most recent updated drivers, or fairly close. thanks

Will do. Right now i'm going to run the SF Diagnostic tool as well and include screens of CPUZ, only just noticed the one sticky.
